At Branded Ninjas, we focus on delivering high-quality digital products, creative assets, and custom design/marketing services.
Because of the nature of our work, returns are limited and apply only in specific cases.

1. Digital Products (No Returns)

All digital items such as:

  • Templates
  • Digital invites
  • Artwork
  • Branding elements
  • Graphics
  • Social media assets
  • Downloadable files
  • are non-returnable.

Once delivered or downloaded, they cannot be returned, as digital items cannot be “un-used” or sent back.

We may only accept a replacement request if:

The file delivered is corrupted

The wrong file was sent
In such cases, we will re-send the correct file or provide store credit.

2. Custom & Personalized Work

Custom-designed products or brand-specific creative work cannot be returned because they are made exclusively for your requirements.

Examples include:

  • Custom logos
  • Branding kits
  • Invitations with names/details
  • Personalized creatives
  • Client-specific marketing content
  • These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Services

Design, marketing, content creation, or strategy services that have already begun cannot be returned.

If a service package has not yet started, cancellation terms from your Refund Policy will apply.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you decide to sell any physical products in the future, we can add:

  • Conditions for returns
  • Packaging requirements
  • Time windows (7–10 days)

5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliverables

For digital items — if something is wrong from our side (wrong file, missing screens, broken link, corrupted file), we will:

  • Re-deliver the product
  • Fix the file
  • Provide an alternative link
  • Offer store credit if needed
  • No monetary return is issued for digital products.

6. Time Window for Reporting Issues

If there is any issue with your order, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery for us to assist you effectively.
