However, design-based services may vary depending on client requirements, brand identity, and creative direction.
Digital products, once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the file is corrupted or not delivered.
4. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email/message.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
Incorrect pricing
Payment issues
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Unavailability or technical errors
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified immediately.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR unless mentioned otherwise.
We reserve the right to update or change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be completed before work begins or before digital products are delivered.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Products:
No refunds after purchase, as these are downloadable items.
Design/Marketing Services:
Refunds are not applicable once work has started.
If you cancel before the project begins, a partial refund (if applicable) may be issued.
Custom work is non-refundable due to time and resources invested.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, graphics, templates, branding files, and digital products created by Branded Ninjas remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.
Clients are granted usage rights only for the final paid deliverables.
You may not resell, redistribute, modify, or claim our products as your own.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
Accurate details
Clear instructions
Required content/materials
Timely responses for approvals
Delays from the client side may extend project timelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
Branded Ninjas will not be responsible for:
Loss of revenue
Data issues
Misuse of delivered creative assets
Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order/service.
10. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., payment gateways, file-sharing).
We are not responsible for their policies, security, or performance.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is protected and never shared with any third party without your consent.
